PAYG clinical coaching

Pay-as-you-go coaching for when you are looking for support to work through a particular case or problem, or so that you can manage the financial cost of outsourcing your clinical support.

This option would be best suited for people that are looking to dig deeper into a particular theory or approach, or that are struggling to know what do with a particular patient.

My background and speciality is working with highly complex pain patients from both the individual setting and within a multi-disciplinary pain management programme in central London. I weave together the modern science of pain with 3rd-wave CBT approaches such as ACT and mindfulness. I work towards a narrative-based approach.

With each session, you will set out your goal and we will explore your identified learning opportunities.
