About Me
Hey, I am a 28yr old physiotherapist, originally from AUS however am living in Raglan, New Zealand.
In my career as a physio I have worked field side for professional sports teams, in hospital & aged care settings, upon super yachts, in Villas within Costa Rica and mostly within private practice clinics.
I have been mentored by leading DNS / FMS clinicians (Osteos /Physio / Chiros) in AUS and have mentored junior physio's and university students. I have facilitated courses for community members providing key insights into global movement stabilisation & functional longevity. I use Selective functional movement assessment and Dynamic neuromuscular stabilisation to enhance my patient outcomes. I pride myself on my social efficacy to connect with the heart of my patients and develop a mutual plan toward their goals.
