Do you want to be better at managing persistent pain?
Martin is a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist (As awarded by the Australian College of Physiotherapists in 2009). He completed his PhD at Curtin University exploring multidimensional interactions in people with persistent low back pain.
With colleague, Dr. Niamh Moloney, Martin runs THRIVE Physiotherapy in Guernsey - a company which offers a physiotherapy clinic for islanders, post-graduate clinical education workshops across Europe and also undertakes pain research with international collaborators. Martin's teaching and research revolve around assessment and management of persistent musculoskeletal pain.
Martin has been a clinical mentor for Master's degree students in the UK and Australia, and been a mock examiner for physiotherapists undertaking the Australian College of Physiotherapists Specialisation training. He is a University Associate at Curtin University, supervising Master's level research projects.
